Kevin Wills’ Sierra Foothills (N)

Kevin’s freelanced layout depicts operations in California’s western Sierra foothills and the Central Valley from the 1990s to the present. He calls the railroad “A Work in Progress”, but as you can see, the progress has been impressive! The 37’x13’ footprint in the basement has three levels, with lower-level staging, connected by a helix. Some beautiful scenes are complete, with more planned in time for our convention. The benchwork and track is expected to be nearly complete as well.
