Jim Younkins’ Mud Bay & Southern (N)

Set in southwest Washington State, the Mud Bay & Southern is a fictional, free-lanced, regional railroad serving Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Grays Harbor counties. About half the layout features prototype operations on the Burlington Northern in the same region. This would be a very large layout in just about any scale, and in N scale the operations are extensive. The double decked railroad can keep 18 operators employed during ops sessions.
